You can choose from the following job roles:
- Sales Manager: You will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations of the showroom. You should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities and relevant experience in sales. Salary: Up to Rs 40,000 per month.
- Sales Executive: You will be responsible for selling products to customers, providing product information and demonstrations, handling customer queries and complaints and generating leads. You should have good communication skills, sales skills and product knowledge. Salary: Up to Rs 30,000 per month.
- Sales Trainee: You will be responsible for learning the sales process, assisting the sales executives, interacting with customers and performing other tasks as assigned. You should have good communication skills, willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Salary: Up to Rs 20,000 per month.
- Branch Accountant: You will be responsible for maintaining the accounts of the showroom, preparing financial reports, managing cash flow and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. You should have a degree in accounting or commerce, proficiency in accounting software and relevant experience in accounting. Salary: Up to Rs 30,000 per month.
- Cashier/Billing Staff: You will be responsible for collecting payments from customers, issuing invoices and receipts, maintaining records of transactions and ensuring accuracy of cash balance. You should have basic math skills, computer skills and customer service skills. Salary: Up to Rs 20,000 per month.
- Customer Relations Executive: You will be responsible for handling customer calls and emails, providing after-sales service and support, resolving customer issues and complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have good communication skills, problem-solving skills and customer service skills. Salary: Up to Rs 20,000 per month.
- PRO: You will be responsible for promoting the brand and products of Nandilath G-Mart through various media channels, organizing events and campaigns, creating awareness and generating leads. You should have good communication skills, creativity and marketing skills. Salary: Up to Rs 20,000 per month.
- Warehouse Incharge: You will be responsible for managing the inventory of the showroom, ensuring proper storage and handling of products, supervising the warehouse staff and coordinating with suppliers and transporters. You should have good organizational skills, management skills and inventory control skills. Salary: Up to Rs 20,000 per month.
- Warehouse Assistant: You will be responsible for assisting the warehouse incharge in loading and unloading products, arranging products in the warehouse, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and performing other tasks as assigned. You should have physical strength, teamwork skills and basic computer skills. Salary: Up to Rs 15,000 per month.
- AC Technician: You will be responsible for installing, repairing and servicing air conditioners at customers’ premises or at the showroom as per the company’s standards and guidelines. You should have technical skills, troubleshooting skills and customer service skills. Salary: Up to Rs 15,000 per month.
- Driver: You will be responsible for driving vehicles for delivering products to customers or transporting products from suppliers or warehouses as per the company’s schedule and instructions. You should have a valid driving license, driving skills and safety awareness. Salary: Up to Rs 15,000 per month.
- Electrician: You will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances at customers’ premises or at the showroom as per the company’s standards and guidelines.
